Maximum Taekwondo is offering a program entitled “Back-to-School” in which children develop focus, perseverance, anti-bullying skills, and goal setting. We also cover child safety and teach basic non-aggressive self defense skills. Students meet twice a week in one-hour sessions at Maximum Taekwondo. The total price of the program is $99, including a martial arts uniform.

• Why it’s important to take responsibility for your actions

• How and why to develop self control

• When you use good manners, everybody wins

• How to avoid potentially dangerous situations

• Who to ask for help – teachers, parents, friends

• What to do if you get lost & basic introductory self defense

Parents and teachers frequently speak of the beneficial effects that Maximum Taekwondo has had in school performance, self-esteem, and general attitude.
